Request permanent deletion of your BlinkBlink Eye Care account and associated data, provided by Aurenyx EMR Pvt Ltd Pune India.

This page explains how to request that your account and associated data in the BlinkBlink Eye Care app (by Aurenyx EMR Pvt Ltd Pune India) be deleted. You can delete all of your data, or request deletion of only part of it without closing your account.

How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to have your account and personal data permanently removed:

  1. Send an email to info@aurenyxemr.com from the email address you registered with.
  2. Use the subject line “Delete My BlinkBlink Account”.
  3. Include your registered name, mobile number, and email address so we can locate and verify your account.
  4. Submit the request. We will verify your identity and confirm once the deletion is complete.

This opens your email app with the details pre-filled. If the button does not work, email us directly at info@aurenyxemr.com.

Partial Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)

Yes — you can request deletion of some of your data without deleting your account. For example, you may ask us to remove your eye-donation pledge details or a question you posted through “Consult a Doctor” while keeping your account active. Email info@aurenyxemr.com and describe exactly which data you would like removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your account profile — name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Your eye-donation pledge details, if any.
  • Questions and contact details you submitted through “Consult a Doctor”.
  • Doctor-account details and any published content, if you registered as a doctor.
  • Your device identifier and preferences linked to your account on our servers.

Reminder settings and screen-time data stored locally on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.

What Data May Be Kept

  • Aggregated, anonymized statistics (for example, total user or donor counts) that can no longer identify you.
  • Records we are legally required to retain, or that are needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.

Retention Period

We process account-deletion requests within 30 days of verification. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days. Data retained for legal reasons is kept only for the period required by applicable law and is then deleted.
